Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Savage Sports Cards Manager ("the Service"), operated by Savage Sports Cards ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including the website at savagesportscardsmanager.com and the application at app.savagesportscardsmanager.com.

2. Description of Service

Savage Sports Cards Manager is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for sports card sellers and collectors. The Service provides tools for inventory management, order tracking, customer management, grading submissions, event scheduling, reporting, and other business management features.

The Service is accessed through a web browser and requires an internet connection. We may update, modify, or add features to the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to the following:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are limited to one account per person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Free Trial

New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial of the Service. During the trial period:

• You have full access to all features of the Service.
• No credit card is required to start the trial.
• The trial begins on the date you create your account.
• At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
• If you do not subscribe, your access will be suspended but your data will be retained.

5. Billing and Payment

After your free trial ends, the Service is available for $19.99 per month. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Your subscription renews automatically each month.
• Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.
• If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend your access until payment is resolved.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel from the billing page within the application at any time.
• After cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
• After your access ends, your data is retained for 30 days.
• After 30 days, data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following are prohibited:

• Using the Service for any illegal activity.
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data through automated means.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service.
• Sharing your account credentials with others.
• Using bots or automated tools to interact with the Service.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the security of the Service.

8. User Content and Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service. This includes inventory data, customer records, orders, and any other business data.

• We do not claim ownership over your data.
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.
• We do not monitor User Content unless required for support, security, or legal compliance.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service - including the application, website, brand, logo, source code, and design - is the exclusive property of Savage Sports Cards and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or sublicense any part of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available." We make no warranties regarding uptime, availability, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savage Sports Cards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savage Sports Cards from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful activity, or are required to do so by law. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
