Track set completion, build want lists, and manage player checklists for your collection.

Creating a Set Checklist

A set checklist tracks every card in a specific set, letting you mark which cards you own and which you still need.

1. Go to Checklists and click Create Checklist.
2. Choose Set Checklist as the type.
3. Fill in the set details:
   • Year - The production year (e.g., 2024).
   • Brand - The manufacturer (e.g., Topps).
   • Series - The set name (e.g., "Series 1", "Chrome", "Prizm").
   • Sport - Baseball, Basketball, Football, etc.
4. Click Create to set up your checklist.

Adding Cards to a Checklist

Once you've created a checklist, populate it with cards:

• Manual entry - Add cards one at a time with card number, player name, and any variant info.
• Bulk add - Paste a list of card numbers and players to add them all at once.
• Import from CSV - Upload a spreadsheet with the full checklist.

Toggling Owned / Needed Status

Each card in your checklist has a simple toggle:

• Needed (default) - You don't have this card yet.
• Owned - You have this card in your collection or inventory.

Click the checkbox next to any card to toggle its status. The checklist instantly updates your completion count.

Tracking Completion Progress

Every checklist shows a progress bar and percentage:

• Number of cards owned vs. total cards in the set.
• Visual progress bar that fills as you get closer to completion.
• Percentage complete displayed prominently.

Player Checklists

A player checklist tracks every card of a specific player across multiple sets and years. Perfect for player collectors.

1. Click Create Checklist and choose Player Checklist.
2. Enter the player name.
3. Add cards from any year, brand, and set - all under one unified list for that player.

Custom Checklists

Custom checklists let you create any list you want - they don't need to follow a set or player structure.

Examples of custom checklists:

• "Cards to grade" - A list of raw cards you plan to submit for grading.
• "Show shopping list" - Cards you want to look for at an upcoming show.
• "Trade bait" - Cards you'd be willing to trade.
• "Rookie cards needed" - All rookies you're hunting from the current year.

Exporting Missing Cards Report

Need a printable list of the cards you still need? Export your "Needed" cards:

1. Open any checklist.
2. Click Export Missing.
3. Choose your format: CSV for spreadsheets, or a printable PDF list.
4. The export includes card number, player, and variant for each missing card.

Using Checklists at Card Shows

Checklists are designed to be useful on the go:

• Pull up your checklist on your phone or tablet at a card show.
• Filter to show only "Needed" cards.
• When you find a card, toggle it to "Owned" right there.
• Your progress updates in real time.
