Sales Reports
Sales reports give you a clear view of your revenue and transaction activity.
Daily Sales Report
See all transactions for a specific day:
- Total revenue
- Number of transactions
- Average transaction value
- Payment method breakdown (cash vs. card vs. store credit)
- List of all individual sales with details
Weekly & Monthly Reports
Zoom out to see trends over time:
- Revenue by day (bar chart)
- Comparison to previous week/month
- Top-selling items
- Top customers by spend
- Busiest days and times
Run a monthly report at the end of each month to track your growth and identify trends. Compare month-over-month to see if you're growing.
Inventory Reports
Understand the state of your inventory at a glance:
Total Inventory Value
See the total retail value of everything in your inventory, broken down by:
- Sport
- Category
- Location/bin
- Grade (raw vs. graded)
Aging Inventory
Identify cards that have been sitting unsold for a long time:
- Cards in inventory for 30+ days
- Cards in inventory for 60+ days
- Cards in inventory for 90+ days
This helps you identify items that might need a price reduction or different selling strategy.
By Category Report
See inventory counts and values broken down by your custom categories. Useful for understanding what percentage of your stock is "For Sale" vs. "Personal Collection" vs. other categories.
Consignment Reports
Track your consignment business separately:
- Total consignment items currently active
- Items sold this period
- Commission earned
- Outstanding payouts owed to consignors
- Breakdown by consignor
Custom Report Builder
Build your own reports by combining filters and data points:
- Go to Reports > Custom.
- Select a report type (sales, inventory, customers, or mixed).
- Set your date range.
- Choose filters (sport, brand, category, customer type, etc.).
- Select which columns/data points to include.
- Click Generate Report.
Custom reports can be saved as templates so you can re-run the same report later without reconfiguring the filters each time.
Exporting to PDF and CSV
Every report can be exported:
- PDF - Formatted, printable document. Great for records, accountants, or printing to keep in your files.
- CSV - Raw data in spreadsheet format. Import into Excel or Google Sheets for further analysis.
Click the Export button at the top of any report to choose your format.
Export monthly sales reports as CSV for your accountant at tax time. The data includes everything they need for your Schedule C.
