Welcome to Savage Sports Cards Manager — the all-in-one tool built for card shop owners, breakers, and serious collectors. This guide will have you up and running in minutes.
Creating Your Account
- Visit app.savagesportscardsmanager.com/auth/signup
- Enter your name, email, and create a password.
- Your 14-day free trial starts immediately — no credit card required.
- Complete the onboarding wizard to set up your store name, sport preferences, and more.
You get full access to every feature during your trial. No restrictions, no limitations. Use everything.
Your Dashboard
The dashboard is your home base. At a glance you'll see:
- Inventory snapshot — total items, total value, recently added cards
- Recent sales — latest POS transactions and revenue
- Upcoming events — card shows, scheduled breaks
- Today's Focus — smart priorities like cards needing price updates or orders to ship
- Quick actions — one-click buttons to add inventory, start a sale, or create a break
Quick Start
Add Your First Card
Go to Inventory → Add Card. Fill in the details or use auto-generate from player, year, brand, and card number. Hit Save.
Ring Up a Sale
Go to Point of Sale. Search by SKU or player name, add to cart, choose payment method, and click Complete Sale.
Import a Spreadsheet
Go to Inventory → Bulk Import. Drag your CSV, map columns to fields, preview, and import hundreds of cards at once.
Check eBay Comps
Open any inventory card, click "Check Comps" to see recent eBay sold listings. Save the estimated value directly to the card.
The system automatically generates a unique SKU for each card. You can also enter your own custom SKU if you prefer.
