Inventory

Add, organize, and manage your entire card inventory in one place.

Adding a Single Card

To add a card to your inventory, navigate to Inventory in the sidebar and click Add Card. You'll see a form with the following fields:

Auto-Generated Titles

If you leave the title blank and fill in the Year, Brand, Set, Player, and Card Number fields, the system will auto-generate a descriptive title for you.

For example: 2023 Topps Chrome Victor Wembanyama #101 Silver Refractor PSA 10

Tip

Auto-generated titles are great for consistency across your inventory, especially if you list cards on multiple platforms.

PSA Cert Lookup

If you have a PSA-graded card, you can enter the certification number and the system will automatically look up the card's details from PSA's database. This fills in the player, year, brand, set, card number, and grade - saving you time on data entry.

  1. Click the PSA Lookup button on the Add Card form.
  2. Enter the cert number (found on the PSA label).
  3. Click Lookup. The fields will auto-populate.
  4. Review the details and adjust as needed, then save.

Auto SKU Generation

Every card you add is automatically assigned a unique SKU (Stock Keeping Unit). This SKU is used in the Point of Sale system for fast lookups. You can also enter a custom SKU if you already have your own numbering system.

Note

SKUs are unique across your entire inventory. The system ensures no duplicates are created.

Add & Next Rapid Entry Mode

When adding multiple cards at once, use the Add & Next button instead of the regular Save button. This saves the current card and immediately opens a fresh form for the next card, keeping your previous selections for Sport, Year, Brand, and Set pre-filled.

This is perfect for adding an entire box break result or a batch of cards from the same set.

Filtering and Searching Inventory

Your inventory page includes powerful search and filter tools:

Editing and Deleting Cards

To edit a card, click on it from your inventory list. You'll see all its details and can modify any field. Click Save to update.

To delete a card, open it and click Delete. You'll be asked to confirm before the card is permanently removed.

Categories and Locations

Categories

Categories help you organize your inventory into logical groups. Examples: "For Sale", "Personal Collection", "eBay Listings", "Show Inventory".

  1. Go to Inventory > Categories to manage your categories.
  2. Create categories that match your workflow.
  3. Assign cards to categories when adding or editing them.

Locations / Bins

Locations help you physically find your cards. Use them to track which box, bin, case, or shelf a card is stored in.

  1. Go to Inventory > Locations to manage locations.
  2. Create locations like "Display Case 1", "Storage Box A", "Show Box", etc.
  3. Assign a location when adding or editing a card.
Tip

Locations make card shows much easier. Assign all your show inventory to a "Show Box" location so you can quickly pull items when a customer asks for something.

Bulk Import / Export

You can import cards in bulk using a CSV file, and export your entire inventory to CSV for backups or external use.

Importing

  1. Go to Inventory > Import.
  2. Download the CSV template to see the expected column format.
  3. Fill in your card data in the spreadsheet.
  4. Upload the completed CSV file.
  5. Review the preview and confirm the import.

Exporting

  1. Go to Inventory > Export.
  2. Optionally apply filters to export a subset of your inventory.
  3. Click Export CSV to download the file.
